RESPONSIBILTIES: Develop, manage, and monitor general regulatory compliance program as well as both lending and deposit programs. Stay up to date on changes in governmental and financial laws and regulations while continuously evaluating the bank’s policies and procedures. Assess the effectiveness of current compliance programs and proactively identifies issues. Implements and manages new rules and regulations, as necessary. Ensure new employees and staff receive adequate training and disseminates compliance-related materials and information. Provide updates to management and assist internal and external auditors when necessary.
SKILLS: Refined written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical nature and ability to problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, ability to recognize and adapt to the nature and needs of the organization and its employees. Must have basic knowledge of business and banking functions, ability to write and present reports.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience, preferably in Compliance, Banking, Credit Administration, Auditing, Accounting or similar; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or equivalent. CRCM certification, or willingness to obtain.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage with customers to create a positive banking experience. Serve customers by completing transactions over the phone and in person, handle currency with accuracy, maintain and balance cash drawer. Resolve customer problems and complaints in person and over the phone.
SKILLS: Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, communication skills, organization, attention to detail, ability to multitask, time management, analytical, confidentiality, and professionalism.
EXPERIENCE: Banking/finance, accounting, investments, general business and/or customer service preferred. Training available.
EDUCATION: High school or equivalent required. Post-secondary education completion or experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITES: Greet, direct, and interact with our valued customers in person and over the phone. Assist with opening, managing, and optimizing their bank accounts and other utilizing additional banking products and services. Perform administrative duties and assist with customer transactions as needed. An understanding of banking best practices and regulations are preferred as the incumbent will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive materials. The incumbent must be able to communicate effectively while building and maintaining personal relationships with customers.
EXPERIENCE: Customer service experience required. Banking, finance and/or general business experience preferred. Training available.
EDUCATION: High school or equivalent required. Completion of post-secondary education preferred.
RESPONSIBILITES: Responsible for the basic equipment and building system repairs and general maintenance of all Elkhorn Valley Bank & Trust properties. Install appliances and equipment as needed. Routinely check and perform preventative maintenance on ventilation, plumbing, security, and other building systems. Responsible for exterior upkeep including but not limited to mowing lawns, snow removal, trash collection, etc. Assist with additional tasks as needed.
SKILLS: Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Experience using a variety of tools. Ability to read technical manuals and drawings. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize is a must. Physical stamina and dexterity.
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years relevant work experience in a technical, custodial, and/or maintenance field
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required, post-secondary experience in facility management, mechanics, construction, or a similar field preferred
