A CD will give you a guaranteed fixed rate for a set length of time. You may choose a maturity from 6 months to 5 years on the quoted rates of interest. Interest may be paid to you via check, transfer to another account or automatically credited to the CD account. Interest is compounded quarterly. Certificates of Deposit are subject to a federally-required interest penalty for early withdrawal. Contact a bank representative for additional disclosure.
IRA, Educational, and Health Savings Accounts are available from two types of accounts. The first is a special account with excellent market rates and no maturity dates to monitor. It has a variable rate and annual percentage yield that is subject to change at the discretion of the bank. It pays interest on the daily balance††, compounded daily and credited quarterly. Or you may select a CD that will give you a guaranteed fixed rate for a set length of time. Interest is compounded quarterly.
We reserve the right at any time to require not less than 7 day's notice in writing before each withdrawal from any interest-bearing account other than a time deposit, or from any other savings account as defined by Regulation D. Fees could reduce the earnings of the account.
